Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.
Our shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95** per order (excluding heavy/bulky items) - With the additional option for Express shipping at the checkout.  

Once payment has been received, please allow 1-3 days business days for processing and dispatch. Delivery time can take up to 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking is available on all parcels, once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

HEAVY/BULKY SHIPPING

Heavy/bulky shipping is required for some larger orders/items. If this is the case the team will reach out to you directly and it will be calculated separately.

Please note for some bulky/heavy items, shipping may not be available - Please check the product page notes carefully for details.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our products in a way that will maximise their protection during shipping and delivery. Unfortunately however due to reasons beyond our control, products can sometimes get damaged or broken during transit.

Should you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a description of the issue along with photographs of the damaged item/s, the box and packaging, and the shipping label in order to be eligible for a refund - We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request.

Please Note: Many of our products are handmade and/or hand-decorated. As a result, there may be some minor aesthetic variations between the product images shown on our website and the product that you receive, however this does not constitute damage.
