Mint Bliss Tea is a light blend of Spearmint, Peppermint and Lemon Verbena, a perfect refreshing blend to drink every day.  

Ingredients: Peppermint, Lemon Verbena & Spearmint 

All our loose-leaf herbal tea blends contain 100% natural & organic ingredients. 

How to steep: Place 1tsp in a mug or cup, add boiling water and steep for a couple of minutes depending on how strong you like your herbal tea to taste. For a teapot add 1tsp per person and repeat steps above.
